We have a 10-person minimum for bookings.

The cost is $79 per person, which includes 2 hours of fun-filled boozy bead time. Parties that add on the Island Eats package include 2.5 hours of creating and partying!

We service the tri-state area. Parties outside of South Jersey will require a travel fee.

Our Island Eats package is a unique add-on enabling you to be a guest at your own party. We supply everything for the ultimate cocktail party and, we even play super fun party games with prizes!

Your guests will get creative and take home their own one-of-a-kind Island Bead Cowgirl Hat or Boho Beaded Bag (even your least creative guest will kill it!).
*Island Talk does not provide alcohol. However, we provide "Island Talk Mocktails" that can be enhanced if the client provides shooters to their guests.
Your guests will have a blast designing and rocking their own unique creations.
ISLAND TALK MAKES IT EASY TO REGISTER YOUR GUESTS FOR YOUR PARTY
You will receive a Roadshow code when booking any Island Talk Roadshow Event. Your Roadshow code allows your guests to book their spots at your event. As the host, you do not have to be involved with collecting deposits or final payments; we do it all through our website. That code will be sent to you formatted as an invite email and a text you can send to your guests, which will bring them directly to a registration link. That link will give your guests everything they need to know about your event. All guests will purchase tickets online, holding their spot with a $20 non-refundable deposit. The balance of their ticket will be due in the form of cash on the day of the event. If a guest who has purchased a ticket can not attend, tickets are transferable. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Island Talk directly with your event identification code to have ticket names changed.
WHAT IS A GHOST GUEST?
To book an Island Talk Hat Bar Roadshow, you must have 10 registered guests. If you do not meet the required minimum, you may purchase "Ghost Guest" tickets to meet the minimum of 10. A ghost guest is a ticket that fills a spot without there actually being a guest in attendance at the party. That ghost guest ticket is a product voucher. That means you are still meeting the financial responsibility of the minimum of 10 products ( hats or bags )/spots to have a party. You may have guests who would love a hat or bag but can not attend; therefore, by purchasing a ghost ticket, they are, in essence, buying one of the spots at the party but not attending. The ghost ticket guest will obtain a voucher that enables them to place their order from that moment up to 30 days after the party. Their product can be delivered directly to your party or them with shipping options. What's cool about this idea is that you can advertise your party to everyone you know, both near and far, and boost your party totals, qualifying you for even more party host perks!
HOSTESS PERKS
When hosting an Island Talk Boozie Beads Party, you are entitled to some great perks. When you meet your ten-person minimum, you will be a free guest at your party. Yes, your hat or bag will be FREE! That's not it; once the ten-person minimum is met, you then earn 10% of the total sales above the party minimum in product credit.
