    We recommend that your Island Bead Cowgirl Hat should be stored in standard dry room temperature settings. In order to maintain the shape of your hat we do not recommend exposing the to high heat storage areas and/or moisture. ****We strongly recommend you do not get your straw hats wet.****
  • How durable is the elastic on my beaded accessories?
    Island Talk uses 1mm elastic on all of our handmade products to ensure that your beaded accessories will not break with the normal wear and tear of daily use.

Shipping Method within the USA Next-Day Shipping $30 / 1 business day + processing Two-Day Shipping $20 / 2 business days + processing Please note: - Shipping does not include Weekend delivery. - Orders received after 9 AM ET will not be processed to ship until the next day. - For our express delivery options, we require a signature for the items to be delivered fully.   • Wheres my order?
    Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Island Talk package. Still can’t find it? Just pop in your email address and order number here, and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. You can also check your order status by logging into your Island Talk account.
  • How do I track my order?
    TRACKING STATUS If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for 2-3 days, don’t worry—that’s totally normal! If your package hasn’t moved in 7 days, contact us here, and we can help locate it! MISSING PACKAGE Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “Delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!). Occasionally, USPS marks packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Typically, they show up within 3-5 business days after being marked as "Delivered," so hang tight for a day or two! If you don’t have any luck there and you still haven't received your package after 5 business days of it being marked as "Delivered," we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. Just email us at support@islandtalkusa.com with your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order, and your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.
  • How long does shipping take?
    All Island Talk packages are shipped from Mystic Island, New Jersey. The delivery time will vary based on your proximity to our location. Typical shipping windows are: Standard shipping: US : 5-7 business days This doesn’t include processing time. Your package status may not update for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we sent you. So don’t worry—it’s totally normal for your package tracking to stay the same for a few days. Also, packages only go out for shipping Monday through Friday.
  • What sizes do the Island Bead Cowgirl hats come in?
    Island Bead Cowgirl Hats conform to various head sizes with their inner elastic band. They're one size fits all. All of the hats are designed to fit average-size female heads. If you require special sizing, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • What products can be personalized?
    All of our Island Talk products can be personalized! Our Island Bead Cowgirl Hats, Boho Bead Bags, and our Bead Bracelets can all say whatever you want them to say.
  • Is there a character limit?
    To ensure your product looks its best, we kindly ask you to limit your personalization to the following amounts: Island Bead Cowgirl Hat: 3 - 4 word max, with a total of 20 alphabet beads and spacers. Bead Bracelets: 3 - 4 word max, with a total 14 alphabet beads and spacers. Boho Bead Bag: 3 strands with up to 14 alphabet beads and spacers on each strand. *** If you would like more alphabet beads click here to contact us for special requests***
  • Can I use symbols or special characters?
    Absolutely! While we don't have every symbol or special character. Below is a list of what is available. Letters: A-Z (uppercase) Numbers: 0-9 Symbols: Hearts, Hashtags
  • What is a spacer
    Spacer beads are blank beads that can be added between your letters or words on beaded products. These spacers help separate the letters or words and make your product look neater.
  • How long will it take for personalized accessories to be made?
    We handcraft all of our products. Depending on the chosen style, expect a wait time of 7 - 14 business days for processing your personalized accessories. This excludes shipping time. If you need your item quickly, you can choose RUSH processing.
  • What is the return policy for Personalized items?
    Since personalized items are one-of-a-kind creations made just for you, they are considered final sales. This means they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Can I change the personalization after I place the order?
    We understand that mistakes happen. Once your order has been placed you have a 24 hour window to contact us at support@islandtalkusa.com We will accommodate one change to your original order.
  • Can I "RUSH" the processing of my order?
    Yes, we know that sometimes you may need an item super quick. It's a last-minute gift or a surprise getaway; you must have it by the weekend! So Island Talk offers Rush ordering for all of our products. Rush ordering expedites the processing time. Below are the following rush fees. Please note that these fees are for processing only; you must pick the proper shipping times to ensure delivery when you need it. Island Talk is not responsible for delayed shipping to the carrier.
