PROCESSING & USA SHIPPING POLICY
All Island Talk packages are shipped from Mystic Island, New Jersey.  
Delivery time within the USA  will vary based on your proximity to our location. 

 

Standard Processing Time:

  • Order processing time is 2 - 7 business days (non-personalized products)

  • Processing time for personalized products is 7 - 14 days

  • Packages ship out Monday through Friday

 
 

Rush Processing Time:

  • Island Talk offers Rush ordering for all of our products.

  • Rush ordering expedites the processing time. Below are the following rush fees.

  • Please note that these fees are for processing only; you will need to pick the proper shipping times to ensure delivery when you need it.

  • Island Talk is not responsible for delayed shipping by carrier.​

Typical shipping windows are as follows:

  • Standard shipping: 5 - 7 business days 

  • Express shipping: 1 - 3 business days

Standard Shipping:

  • Bracelets (up to 5 ) $4.99 / 5 - 7 business days + processing

  • Hats & Bags $8.99 / 5 - 7 business days + processing

 

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150

 

 

Express Shipping:

  • Next-day shipping $30 / 1 business day + processing

  • Two-day Shipping  $20 / 2 business days + processing

 

Please note:

- Shipping does not include Weekend delivery.

- Orders received after 9 AM ET will start processing the following day.

- For our express delivery options, we require a signature for the items to be delivered.

- Please note that UPS will make three delivery attempts before they send the package back to us. Should you receive a note from UPS regarding your delivery, please review the delivery note and ensure you are following the instructions to receive your package.

RUSH PROCESSING RATES

Need an item super quick? Island Talk offers Rush ordering for all of our products.

Rush ordering expedites the processing time. Below are the following rush fees. 

Please processing times are based on orders received by 12:00 pm EST.

  • Non-personalized: $10 per item / shipped  next day 

  • Personalized bracelets: $12 per item / shipped next day

  • ​​Personalized hats & bags: $25 per item / shipped in two days

RETURN POLICY

Personalized Products:

  • Custom bead personalized designs are not returnable unless damage is detected to your item. In that case item(s) are eligible for exchange for same item(s) only.

  • All products are inspected and photographed as they are processed for shipping to ensure your product is free of damage.

Non Personalized Products:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

  • We do not offer free return shipping.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
